Hello. It's meant exactly the way it is now. PRO is a MMO - Things are not supposed to be achieved easily, unlike the handhend editions. Fight trainers as they give more EXP - it's only a matter of time. People would lose their interest if things are done in a whole day. Anyhow - enjoy your game!

Well I'm sorry to say that. But you won't get back any money because we would open Pandora's box if we did that. As many players requested a refund. Anyhow - this is a MMO. You're not supposed to fly to any city unlike the handheld editions. Any action like fasttravelling has it's price. People would stop playing after they've unlocked everything if we didn't set prices. You can obtain lots of Pokedollars by selling Pokemon, for instance, it's no big deal. Sorry for your inconvenience. I hope you can still enjoy your game.

Fly itself is not needed, but the quest is. Now you unlocked the underground system, which you can use once you became champion of Kanto/Johto. 2,5k per fasttravel is required. There's no other way to quickly move to cities.

You'll be kicked from the game, if you're longer away than 7 minutes. You hit a latent, invisible queue most likely. It's like the normal queue, you can't see the playercount of the queue though. Nevertheless, you'll login eventually. Just remain patient and wait. Enjoy your game! Best regards.

You can find out by yourself, simply click on the arrow (top right corner) and view the spawns of the map. You're at the right spot, if there's items shown next to Grimer and Koffing. I recommend looking at Cinnabar Mansion otherwise. Good luck.
