Greetings, the client needs some times to load maps, especially if there's a large amount of players being online at the same time. However, you just need to wait. The game will run fluently once the client finished loading. It's only a matter of time. Enjoy your game, good luck.

Additionally, we not offer to deleted account and email of user. However, if it not active for around half year, it will be deleted by admin. Sorry for your inconvenience. Accounts that haven't been confirmed by users will be deleted after 7 days, IIRC. You might be able to choose your original name after those 7 days have passed. Good luck.

The item got removed from the game, due to security reasons, to prevent you from losing it by crashs/rollbacks.

Greetings. You can ride on a mount as fast as you can travel by bike. Surf mounts can be used to surf on, they replace a possible Pokemon previously used for surfing in your party. You must be able to Surf in order to use mounts like Lapras or Sharpedo.
