From boat at lilycove harbot when you have 8 badge in Hoen. If that's true then can the staff fix it because it's telling me I need to beat E4 first, and I want to head back to Kanto before facing Hoenn League.

Asked forum on where to evolve Nosepass and answered in this topic https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=31992 however the method did not work assuming that his method of evolution isn't implemented yet. What have you already tried to solve the problem? Tried leveling up after 3 levels passed nothing happened. Description and Message Anyways I know the staffs are busy dealing with other issues so it's fine by me, I'm in no rush for a fix so thanks again to the staffs for their efforts. Just thought I report this in, so in case they didn't know of this issue.

Nice topic idea. My first Shiny was a rattata (Kanto) and my 2nd shiny was an already evolved Tentacruel (Johto). Well best of luck to players who are still looking to players who have plenty of them. ^_^

So was wondering is it possible to evolve pokemon like Nosepass if the location isn't around yet or is there an alternative location. Also with Hoenn released can we now evolve eevee to Glaceon, Leafeon and Sylveon? My bad if there's already a topic like this one or posted in the wrong section. Most of the topics I found were before the Hoenn release so i figured an answer for these questions were needed, thanks for anyone with quick replies or which ever comes first.

Oh Alright, I just didn't want to skip them cause I figured if I don't report it then I'd end up getting in trouble for not doing so. Thanks again.

Nothing, I was traveling up to the next map to progress my journey to the next gym. Suddenly I ran into an NPC then the battle scene wouldn't appear instead I get stuck with the NPC facing me. What have you already tried to solve the problem? The only thing I could do is relog and walk pass them but if I go back towards them in their facing direction view they once again come toward me as if about to enter battle like any other npc, instead I get stuck face him and no battle scene appears nor do they say anything at all. As I mentioned the only way to get around them is to relog and walk pass them. Description and Message
