What have you done before the problem was there?

I posted in the topic which is this one https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=31568

And again the staff member refused to fix this problem, the npc in charge of the ship still continues to say "Sorry, only the Hoenn Champion can use this cruise" and yes, I have all 8 badges.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

By mentioning it in the topic I posted.
