resolved lost connection after talking to nurse joy

I am of the silver server but I can log quietly in the gold server without problems with the same account -
I was at the vermilion pc I talked to the nurse and then I was stuck continuing to see the others move, I tried to restart the game but now gives me connection lost. I tried everything but still give me this problem.
