I'm assuming that you're running Windows 10? If so, Right click the PRO64.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Tick the box labelled 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' -> Select Win 7 or 8 on the dropdown menu.

Same problem. Tried to change resolution on login screen and my pc crashed.
