Crossgear00x Silver server Croconaw stuck in the 4th slot of my party. Can i get some help with it please and thank you?

My issue is that i have a croconaw in my party stuck there. He is unable to switch spots in my party at all and is unable to be put in the pc or switch with a pokemon in the pc. It has given me the option to release him but i dont want to release him just swap him with another pokemon in my pc. Im not sure how to fix this i have even tried relogging in and closing the game. I have asked for help in the chats but no one is sure how to help other then ask in the forum. I hope this is the right forum im asking in. Any help with this would be monumentally helpful and thank you.
