I have a butterfree with compound eyes and I'm currently in route 15 looking for the Podgeotto's feather. I've come across about 5 so far and none have dropped it after fainting Am I missing something or is it just luck that it drops one?

Hey guys, I've come across an Articuno completely randomly as I forgot what cave I was in haha Question: legendary Pokemon, are these not to be caught? Is it wise to go ahead and beat everyone I come across for the exp? Or shall I leave them for maybe in the future when we can catch them? RockAbell
