im pretty sure this guy is supposed to be a youngster joey instead of a rocket grunt, even says he hasn't gotten his outfit yet.

game crashed after i beat joey as he was handing me the shiny rat. He literally said "...this one's better." and my game froze. log back on standing in the same spot, joey is gone, no rat anywhere....
