I have 2 Silver accounts from the old servers, but one has 0 hours and is banned, so I can't merge the Silver accounts to transfer them from Gold. Can anyone help me?

@Tandemaus I'm not able to transfer, I have an account on the old Blue server that is banned, I don't know the reason for the ban and because of that I can't merge the account from the old Red and Blue, for that reason I'm not able to go from Gold to Silver, but I've already spoken to a friend of mine from Silver and he's going to get the Pokemon for me, if you can help me regarding the ban, maybe it's due to inactivity, it only had 80 hours
