    Hi everyone!

     

    I'm a new player since yesterday, but I am already banned or something? When I try to login on de mobile platform the message "You have been banned from PRO". I used a proxy app for my phone, because in this WiFi network some ports are blocked so I can't play on that without proxy (Orbot app).

     

    I just read the rules (a bit too late hmf..) and so I know I am wrong. But my question is when will this ban end? Or if it's perm, how can I do a request for a unban? I really don't wanna start all over again..

     

    Who kan help me please? :D

Im HarriStone, and sorry if this isnt the right place to write about this problem, but its just that i want mods to know that my sister and i play PRO in the same house, i mean that our IP its the same. So i post this to let all know that we are not trying to get any advantage of that (dont think that we are only one person with two accounts), we are just two brothers that love pokemon, and we dont have two internet providers... thanks for reading and considering this.

    I started the game and played. Sometimes it crashed (freezed) when I walk. Sometimes it crashes when I click at my pokemon.

    Less often it happens, when I talk to NPCs.

    I deleted the game and downloaded it again.

    I influenced the options to reduce the ressources, that the game needs.

    I was able to log in with no trouble, but not now.

    I'm not sure what I can do to solve it. I've tried relogging, but the problem persists.

    Game just...hangs and does nothing upon logging in. It does not proceed to the actual gameplay screen. I just see the words "Logging in"...then they fade, and nothing happens after that.

     

    That's because the server is full and it guves you a ghost queue an invisible queue which is like the normal queue but you can’t see any player count. you’ll login eventuall.

    All can be found in hoenn in once place and that is Granite cave

    1- Axew : Night, Membership pokemon

    2- Timburr : Morning and night, Membership pokemon

    3- Riolu : Day only, No membership needed.

    You will be able to surf with or without a mount after acquiring the 4th badge.

    The answer to your question is after the 4th badge you will be able to use a surf mount.

    This is not a complaint, i just want to know if there is any way to get my money back. I was on moon and the server crashed. when i got back on, i was in Mosdeep city. i had to pay another 15k to go back to moon. Now this was fine b/c 15k isnt that much (although i am broke at the moment) but it happened 4 more times and now i dont even have enough money to go back to moon. Is there any way to recover my money?

    This issue is probably caused due to logging out but not closing client, normally a crash/manual reboot will solve this.

    Hi my name is Kwaku Gardner, I use the same name kwakugardner for my character in the game, just in case u wanted to verify my account. I gave $5 to receive 100 coins through the game and it came through after my papypal confirmed it. I used some of the coins and was left with 30 coins before I went forward to purchase another 100 coins for $5 through the game both time payment was made to Kerry George. I had 130 coins and decided to purchase another 100 coins. Meaning I would've made 3 purchases in under 30 minutes, all totaling to $15 but on the last purchase made I did not receive my 100 coins. I logged out and logged back in but it still didn't work. I have the paypal receipts to prove that i made the purchase. Out of the $15 i spent i only received $10 and was hoping the issue could be resolved for me.

    Why can't I catch the three legendary birds such as aritcuno, zapdos and moltres. Are we able to catch any legendary pokemons?

     

    The three legendary birds are for seen data only and can not be caught, as for now the only legendary pokemon that can be caught are Mew and Celebi.

    I downloaded the game today, registered, verified my account. I tried to log in after downloading and stuff. Then after I press log in, the client freezes and once it responds it says "can not reconnect to server".

    Re-download, delete, multiple trials of log in
