You can't save the progress by logging off, as every MMO, it's saved automatically in a short period of time. It's better to keep connected when you've achieved something important such as that waste of money!

I don't think so. Each person has an "own time" for training or doing things in-game. Like yes, there will be people who have trained their rattata from the first moment they knew they had to do that; but still that will be only a small amount of population. In my player account, for example, my Rattata is still level 72 because I don't have time enough to be 3-4 continuous hours to play and I try to train it everyday. So, despite server crashes and long manteinance times of it (remember its BETA status) the Rattata thing is so longer succeding :Smile:

It's not for the fun's sake. It's been made like that due to the amount of people that would have gone to Hoenn. The experience would've been horrible: npc-stuck, map loading times, can't see the new environment properly... That's the reason it's been decided to put a "boring" requirement. But hey! You'll get a shiny lvl. 5 Rattata and Hoenn is priceless! Take it easy :Shy:

They had probably ability Sticky Hold that prevents held items to be taken by Covet and Thief. +1 to this, you need to catch them in order to get the item from a Pokemon with such ability!

Okay, i have a 4.2.2 android version so, it will never work ? I had this message after download .apk file : Bad andro version, so no way to play on ? It's sad :( Exactly, you need to be in version 4.4. So an update is needed in your case :S For now, I can't help you furthermore. I wish I had all the devices which have problems to help you all. Anyway, I'd suggest to keep trying by yourself installing custom ROMs and Kernels :) Oh that's fantastic! Thanks for reporting! :Smile:
