I’m a returning player and haven’t played in over a year. I recently came back because a friend asked me to play, so I created a new account on the Gold server. However, I’d also like to use my older account on the Silver server.
I no longer have access to the email inbox linked to my old account. I still know the email address, but I do not have the login details for that email because the account is over 10 years old and I haven’t used it for anything else.
I do still have access to the game account in some ways (which is how I’m able to post here in the forum support section). However, I cannot complete the in-game login process on my new PC because it requires email verification to confirm the device. Since I can’t access the old email inbox, I’m unable to verify the new PC.
Could you please help me update the account’s email address to a current one I can access, so I can complete verification and log in normally? I’m happy to provide any information needed to confirm ownership.
