Unable to speak to the NPC with name "Item Maniac" and "Andrew" in goldenrod underground. Tried relog /ref /refresh restart client too still not working. other people had the same problem there.

I have lv 15 charmender so i cant beat brock. and the team rocket event wants me to go to mt moon where i cant go without beating brock. Edit: when we enter pewter city for the first time the team rocket event triggers. which is "There are two shadows near pokemon center..." Then we go to center and the character hears the conversation which lets us know that we need to go to Mt. Moon. Now i am guessing that the way to Mt moon is from the right where one guy tells us that brock is waiting for a challenge. the problem is i have lv 15 charmender so i cant possibly beat brock. so i tried to go south in the viridian forest but when i try to do so the event of team rocket triggers again and i am forced to stay in pewter city. so the conclusion is that i cant train my pokemon so i cant beat brock so i cant go to mount moon and thats a deadlock!!! you probably know what a deadlock is :( ... i suggest to put a button through which player can reset his/her position when such condition occurs. when pressed the player is sent to starting location but his/her pokemon are the same.
