i was log out and then i can't log in game, i was try again after 2min but just notice "user already logged in"

After update I was lost all rare candies. I don't trade anything, why I lost rc? Just a error after update. Pls fix and return, I don't remember amount but I know more 40 rcs.

I have completed gym4 sinnoh, then go find npc the right side of gym but i can find to route 213, then go the top route 213 is lake valor but npc not born i can't complete question :Frown:
