So I was in Viridian, searching my bag for stuffs to sell, and then there was a lag or something, it freezed for some quick seconds and it said in the chatbox that I had used my Black MS...? Isn't there a confirmation box like the last time I used one? So, can you please help me turn off my black MS and give it back to me? I'm still in Viridian PC, won't get out until it's done. I do not want to use it now. Thanks!

Staff, The thing is I had accidentally used my Masterball on a Poochyena. I'm using android, everything is tiny and the server was laggy. So I planned to open the bag, scroll down to use Oran Berry, but it skip a frame and I mistapped on Masterball. I asked and people told me you couldn't do anything/restore the ball. But then, I have a question to ask: Can Masterball be held to avoid mistake like this? People said yes, but I tested with my second Masterball and it said 'The item is not holdable'. I received my 2 Masterballs propably on events. One is exactly last Christmas and the other I don't remember. (I'm not into pvp). Please have a look into this problem and give me a clear answer, I would be much appreciated. And I know after all people have been telling me dumb, but please, if you can somehow check what I said was true, a restoration will be perfect. I can provide more information if you want. Thanks!

That is a completely different thing than hours played. Sinnoh I finished from start to finish in about 8ish hours. maybe less. I didnt buy any lvl 100s or anything just straight trained through. If you play smart you can get through sinnoh in a 8ish hours too. I know one can beat sinnoh in hours only but the matter is that I want to play it long, with my favorite pokes of the region, I wanna enjoy it but not sweep through it. So yeah, that's the point!

Can we skip the sinnoh's champion part...? I planned to get on sinnoh before the event, but I was worried that I may not finish it on time for the event (due to the lack of free time to play) and BAM! Now you have yo be the champion of Sinnoh to get Darkrai... Great! All those time playing and now you can't touch your favorite pokemon...

I tried all the spots shown in the video but still 1 more spirit left...

OMG! This is amazing! IGN: rayatom15031997 Country: Vietnam I've never had the chance to play official games since X&Y, couldn't afford both the console and the games. Having saved money for a few times in months but bad things came up and gotta break the clay pig... :| (student's life aint any better). I've been off from the game for a while due to lack of free time but still check on the forum waiting for Sinnoh to be released :D The 2 Switch giveaways were awesome but I didnt enter because Switch is somehow luxurious to me even though it's free as a giveaway :D But this, I have to try and wish for luck :D P/s: I may save the money for the official games instead of spending on the console and playing cracked games :))

You know what... I don't want to be impolite but your reply really upsets me. I wrote this post with the thought that our system had a problem, or at least my account had a problem, and sincerely, I did not expect to be refunded right away. I asked a CC about my situation and he told me to post in 'NPC & Scripting Bugs'. And that guy really got me. Now this was moved to General Support, and your reply made me like a greedy player only wanted to get my stuff back. And okay, from the reply I assume that there's nothing you can do about this. Thanks for your work moving my post and replying anyway!

The title said it, I've just encountered this issue today and hope you guys can help me look into it. For more details, here are how things happened. I first noticed in Blue, I lost 4 candies. I know the exact number because last night I had a brief look in my bad and they were 12. This morning, I only saw 8 left. I thought that it could have been my mistake the previous night (my eyes got tired looking in the dark, maybe). Then, just a minutes ago, I logged into Yellow and found out all of my candies there were gone (about 4 or 5). I had picked up some along the way as well as digging. I'm pretty sure that there must be a problem because I haven't used any of them in Yellow, and I haven't had the 4th badge either. It wouldn't be my mistake since it happens on both server I play, right? Not to mention that the quantity is somehow the same... I don't know if this had any revelance to the servers' lock this afternoon...?! Btw, my timezone is GMT+7, if that helps to make you understand my said timemark :D And thanks for reading!
