  1. Why every 5 seconds someone is asking for their Pokemon to be rated? Like why do they need other's input in that? Surely you can tell yourself by looking at its IVs, nature and ability.. and if you don't know what's good for that Poke, use Google/Smogon etc..

  2. 131340 I am pretty new with only about an hour under my belt, I love this game and I feel like its one of the best ever created, a few questions I have they are not too complicated, I am just hoping for answers.

    1. How many regions are accessible at the moment, I get I am very early in my game and going to another region would take a long time.

    2. How do legendary pokemon work? Are we able to catch them or only Mew? None others?

Thats all for now. I'd appreciate any replies! I tried looking for myself but it rendered useless for me.

2 Regions atm, Kanto and Johto with Hoenn coming soon .

You're not able to catch Legendary pokemon, when you see them in the game, you can fight but not catch. You can catch Mew at the end of a quest at the end of the game, it requires a lot of money too. You can win Legendaries in official competitions and tournaments.

    I hope this helps!

I've also started working on a newbie guide too that might be of use:

  3. I'm putting together a guide for this game from start to finish. I'll skip unimportant things, I mean you don't *need* to know where every potion bottle is, do you?

Let me know what you think please.. are they too long, too short? Do I include too much or too little information? Is there anything I missed?

131303 Nice work tho. I guess it can help a lot of beginers

Thanks, There are a couple things I'm of aware of that I've missed, but I can add them to the 2nd video. Let me know if i've missed anything though.

    Thank you! :3</r>

  7. 129326 Heiach, if you're stuck in the Kanto E4 and really just want to beat them and move on, you can always ask a friend to lend you a level 100 Pokemon. Something strong and with moves that give you type advantages. Still, I suggest you just keep training and beat the E4 on your own. Makes the victory all the more satisfying.

It's cool, I finally beat the yesterday.. it was still one of the hardest things I've ever done though :S..

Video will be out tomorrow if any that are interested.

128903 There are a lot of little things hear and there that are either really great or a little inconvenient, but the biggest gripe I have:

Grinding. I understand that this is an MMO based on Pokemon and therefore it'll probably have a little more grinding but this is testing evening *my* patience. You pretty much *have* to either level up your team to the 90s or you can forego lots of leveling but EV train them all.. either way that's a lot of grinding.

You basically *have* to EV train in Kanto to beat the Elite 4 but you don't have access to a lot of things (such as the macho brace) that make said training a lot easier until Johto.

    My suggestion:

Would be to make Kanto Elite 4 easier so as to be able to beat them without any/much EV training, but you'd still need to have fairly high levels.. like 65-75 (which is still more than in a normal Pokemon game) but then keep the Johto Elite 4 as hard as they currently are.. so you still *have* to do a lot of EV training in the 2nd part of the game etc.. but it'll be easier at this point.

My reasoning for this is that the Kanto E4 are such a massive bottle-neck.. literally everyone get stuck there because of the sheer amount of grinding required to beat them... it would help the flow of the game if it ramped up a little slower.. I'd imagine we've lost a lot of people who got to the Kanto E4 and just gave up.

I beated kanto e4 with a team of 6 pokemon at level 75 with no ev training and random ivs and natures. Honestly, all you need to do is to play smart looking to weaknesses and strength of the pokemon you fece. Nothing difficult.

Maybe the game's been made harder since you did it 'cos there was absolutely no way I was *ever* going to be able to get past the first couple of Elite 4 with a team of 75s that aren't EV trained, let alone beat Gary!

  9. 128920 I feel like this based a lot on your team. I had a team of 6 level 80's without any Ev training, all random ivs or nature. And i beat the E4 first try through strategy and planning. Nothing more. And the E4 is meant to be the pinnacle of the pre-game. The strongest trainers in the region took time to get there, and you should too.

    My team's pretty balanced...
