So, i have been fighting NPC's that got their pokemon with "??" level, like the gym leaders, or giovanni in the rocket hideout of celadon city, and they aren't giving me any experience. Is that normal? or i'm just losing exp with no reason? I'm asking 'cause brock and misty were the same, and they had give me exp );.
