Proxy don't work (maybe i just need to find right one) but i found vpn's which allowed me to log in (well i will see one week later if this will still work). So i think for now its fixed. If something will happen i will just create new topic

Hello. I can't log in into game. I stuck on loading map and, what is strange, i can move loading bar... It happened to me 1 year ago but i still didn't solve it (just forgot about game but now i want play it and again this problem. Thread). I use connection PPPoE (i dont know if this information is important or not). I can leave this loading screen even for few hours but it won't move... Screens:

Tried that solution and still not work. Tried log in with my phone using wifi and don't work, used mobile internet and worked. It seems i need unlock some ports to play?

Tried on new account and still the same. I didnt try login in a different place

So maybe now someone can help?

Laptop: Processor 2,1 GHz, 2 GB RAM, DirectX 11, Windows 7 ( i know i said 1 gb but true is that it have 2 gb) PC: 3,1 GHz, 4 GB RAM, DirectX 11, Windows 7 I tried on both and didnt work. Tried also on my friend laptop(bought recently) and didnt work

Sorry for the late response, Try to disable Firewall and your antivirus and try to enter again, Clean your Temp files and run the game as Administrator, Also check that your computer meets the requirements. Have a nice day! I did. Still don't work. My PC meets the requirements, laptop not(but i played 1 year ago on laptop. It have 1 GB RAM)

I can't log in into game, stuck at loading map. Tried client x32 and x64, also restarted few times even downloaded again and tried new account. Used ccleaner as well. Still didn't work.
