In-game name: Drevin Server: Silver Pokemon ID and/or screenshot: Sligoo lvl 100 id: 36421327 did last levels with rare candy, but it didnt evolve to goodra. i read that rain isnt required and it should evolve without any requirements. am i missing something about it? if possible an evolve to goodra would be nice or just de-level
