This is to reward those who actually did the quest with the chance to catch pink pokes. If you haven't done the quest, you won't be able to do so.

I would recommend you to pick yellow as its the newest server. If you want a much more competitive environment, I guess you can go on red as its the oldest. Blue is in between. Other than that, welcome to PRO :)
