Moved to appropriate sub forum This is not a bug. When you're at pinkan island, all your pokeballs will be locked away until you finish the whole pinkan quest. This is to reward those who actually did the quest with the chance to catch pink pokes. If you haven't done the quest, you won't be able to do so.

I would recommend you to pick yellow as its the newest server. If you want a much more competitive environment, I guess you can go on red as its the oldest. Blue is in between. Other than that, welcome to PRO :)

What I do is right click on the people around you and inspect them. Afterwards, I would PM those with many hours invested into the game and ask for help with trade evolution. Or, as stated above, you could simply get a hold of a staff member. Keep in mind to screenshot the trade and agreement at all times, so staff can take action incase you get scammed. Got a hold of you in game already, so locked as solved.
