All 3 servers are down at the moment. No ETA on when it will be back up, but be sure to keep an eye on this. About your issue, server's down at the moment, and once it goes back up, you should be able to login. That being said, locking this thread.

Membership does not grant you anti-queue access. Every non-donators and donators will face the queue.

Theres no way to reset your account. You can either: start on a different server or make new account. "You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person." You can further customize your character in game by purchasing an item called Magic Mirror for 50 coins in game, or buy from other players.
