Yes.

To put it shortly, yes. You will still have to wait out the queue after buying membership.

It would be unfair on non-members as they wouldn't be able to join the servers after they fill up on membership players.

Membership does not grant you anti-queue access.

Every non-donators and donators will face the queue.
