Membership does not grant you anti-queue access. Every non-donators and donators will face the queue.

Theres no way to reset your account. You can either: start on a different server or make new account. "You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person." You can further customize your character in game by purchasing an item called Magic Mirror for 50 coins in game, or buy from other players.

You will need to beat Naero BOSS at the cerulean cave B1F in order to gain access to Kanto Daycare Center. Once you do, you'll be able to gain access to daily quests and egg tutors. To have your pokemons daycared, you can do so by having players train your pokes at a price here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=168
