Hi, first of all I would recommend checking your Internet connection as I have noticed my game tends to stall on Loading Map screens when my Internet is less stable. Secondly, the best solution to this is usually just to wait patiently for the map to finish loading. Sometimes the game can pause at the Loading Map screen for a while if many users are all online and the server bandwidth is being exceeded. Wait for a bit and the client/map should finish loading, allowing you to continue playing. Best of luck!

Hi, how many friends do you have added on your friend list? This can happen sometimes when you've hit the friend list maximum, which is 50. To solve it, you can try to delete some of the inactive users on your friend list to make space for the new users; their names should stay on the list afterwards. Topic moved to proper place.

Hi there. I know you said you've checked most of the guides already, but have you tried every single solution listed here in this Windows 10 crash guide? Including running PRO in Windows 7 or 8 compatibility mode, running PRO as admin, adding PRO to your firewall exceptions, running CCleaner to clear your cache? As well as this guide if none of those solutions have helped. Other users have reported that turning weather/lightning effects off have helped, so you may want to try that while in game as well.

Check your CPU usage in the task manager. Perhaps you have a program running which is slowing down your PC. Also, in case you wanted to check, you can click F2 in-game to see your FPS. As JollyolNathan suggested, have you tried checking your CPU usage in Task Manager yet? For example, when I'm running a Twitch stream while playing PRO, I've noticed that my CPU usage goes through the roof and my game becomes much laggier. You can also try to turn off move animations in the settings; that may help your game run a bit faster.
