  1. You'll have to be patient. There isn't an ETA on server reboots. However, you can refer to this server status checker - it'll tell you when Yellow is online/offline, as well as how long it's been up for. If you notice that Yellow is offline or has only been online for a few hours, that's a good indicator that it's about to reboot or has recently been rebooted. Good luck.
  2. Hi, accounts that haven't been verified via email will be automatically deleted from the database after seven days. If you wait a bit, you should be able to reuse your original account's name. If you're asking if you can have your Metconn account deleted, as the FAQ states here: However, you are permitted to have up to 4 accounts total (2 per email), so you can keep the Metconn account and simply recreate a new account using the original Metcon username after seven days have passed.
  3. So for example, if you're trying to evolve a Charmander and get it to level 100, it would have two evolution stages - Charmeleon and Charizard. To be as EXP-efficient as possible, you'd want to level it as a Charmander up until it hits either 98 or 99, then start evolving it after that. However, you'll only have 2-3 evolution opportunities, from Level 97 to 98, 98 to 99, and 99 to 100. Let's say you decide to wait till it goes from Level 98 to 99 to evolve the Charmander into a Charmeleon. However, you might click "No" by accident... meaning you'll have a Level 99 Charmander, and no ways of obtaining a Level 100 Charizard (since you'd need to evolve it to a Charmeleon first). Thus, it's safer to evolve once you've leveled it up to 98 instead, since if a mishap like the aforementioned scenario happens, you'll still have a spare level with which to correct the error. I hope this makes sense! Let me know if it needs further clarifying.
  4. Locking thread as the OP has indicated in another topic that their problem was solved. In the future, please do not create more than one active thread for the same issue. Thank you.
  5. Quoting for visibility: Also, make sure your Android meets the system requirements for downloading the client. If you've just downloaded Pokemon Go, it may be that your device no longer has enough memory to install and run PRO. Here's a guide on installing and running PRO on your Android, with a list of the system requirements needed.
  6. Topic moved to proper subforum. This suggestion has been made several times in the past, I'd suggest reading up on some of the threads that have already been made and contributing to the ideas presented there.
  7. Can you describe your problem in more detail? Are you facing an issue with one of the NPCs, or are you confused about what to do on the SS Anne? Try referring to this SS Anne quest guide if you're confused.
  8. Hey, welcome to the game! It's great to hear that Pokemon Go propelled you into playing PRO, I hope you'll enjoy your experience here! Your team sounds pretty balanced at the moment. I might suggest dropping Growlithe or Charmeleon since both of them provide the same type coverage, and adding Gastly instead - Gengar (Gastly's final evolution) is extremely potent at the Kanto Elite 4, due to its versatile move coverage. In PRO, evolved Pokemon require more EXP to level up; that's why it's recommended not to evolve them until you're done training them, for max efficiency. If the Pokemon you're training evolves by leveling up, all you need to do is evolve at Level 98 or 99 if you're trying to get it to 100 - you'll get the evolution window prompt each time you level, so no worries about missing out on evolution. (Unless you accidentally misclick "No" at a crucial time, or the server crashes and your evolution data gets rolled back. This is why it's recommended to evolve one level before the maximum cut-off, to allow yourself more wiggle room if something goes wrong.) You can refer to this guide here for a breakdown of helpful information about the game. There's also the Kanto/Johto story walkthrough in case you're stuck at any point throughout the game's plot. If you've got further questions, please feel free to ask here in General Support, or just look around in the Game Guides section. There's lots of great information over there, and the community is always more than willing to provide assistance should you need it. I hope that helps! Best of luck with your game. :) P.S. Please be sure to keep the language PG, as the same rules about using family-friendly language in game do apply here on forums as well.
  9. No ! i have the unknow hat but i don't start with Pikachu ! We only need to start with Pikachu for the Ash hat ? don't work with the other starter ? Hi, the Ash Ketchum NPC should be at the same location he was at when you first found him. Can you take a screenshot of your game so we can see what's going on? Use this guide on uploading images within forum posts. Sorry, i try since 15min to insert my screen, but i fail all the time, i give up ! it's cause i don't take Pikachu as starter ? Yes, as Soulvaki said, you will need to have started with Pikachu in order to complete the Ash Hat quest. Please be sure to read the quest guide and quest requirements fully next time, in order to prevent future misunderstandings from happening. The issue has been resolved, so I'll be locking the thread now.
  10. Glad to hear the problem's been solved! Feel free to make a post over on our Suggestions subforum; we're always happy to receive feedback on ways to improve the game. Locking thread.
  11. Have you tried to restart your client? Also, what OS are you trying to install the client on?

  14. Never fear, there's a specific Price Checks subforum for each server just for this purpose. :) I'm not sure which server you play on, so here are links for each server just in case: Rate/Price Checks - Red Server Rate/Price Checks - Blue Server Rate/Price Checks - Yellow Server If you're confused about how to trade and sell, check out the guide Ynto's posted above for a basic breakdown. There are also boards for selling Pokemon and for selling items if you'd like to sell things here on forums, so feel free to hop on over to the Trades Forum and select the appropriate subforum from there. Best of luck!
  15. I'm glad to hear it! Enjoy your game. :) Locking thread.
  16. Hi, currently the Pokemon in game have learnsets based off Generation 5 and 6 (details here). This means that Snorlax won't be able to learn Headbutt, unfortunately. Popular alternatives you can try include Furret, Nidoking, Linoone, etc, since those are all Pokemon that can learn other HM/utility moves as well. There are also certain Pokemon that will get Headbutt by level up (Snubbull at level 19, for example). Hope that helps!
  17. Hi, as the FAQ states here: Unfortunately, that means the answer is no. Your game data on the servers are essentially like different save files. Thus, due to technical limitations, your Pokemon / game progress cannot be transferred from one server to another. Sorry about the inconvenience!
  18. Can you take a screenshot of your game so we can see what's going on? Use this guide on uploading images within forum posts. If you're referring to the Black Belt and Dugtrio NPCs who are standing in front of Diglett's Cave, simply speak to the Black Belt and he should disappear automatically, allowing you to enter the cave.
  19. Hi there, other users have reported that this client crash guide seems to solve the issue when receiving this kind of error log. Try it out and let me know if it helps.
  20. Hello Falcoonn, welcome to PRO! We have a variety of ways to support you if you need assistance - you can check out the Game Guides for details on specific quests / game mechanics, or you can seek Live Chat support at our IRC channel. We've also got the Frequently Asked Questions for answers to any introductory questions you may have. Finally, feel free to post in the General Support subforum if you're struggling with any aspect of the game and need help. Good luck, and enjoy your game!
  21. There isn't an ETA on server reboots, unfortunately. However, you can click the link I've provided above (here it is again, just in case) to see how long the server you play on has been online. If you notice that the status is set to offline, or if it's been up for a few hours only, that's usually an indicator that a server reboot is on its way or has already happened recently. In the meantime, be patient and I'm sure you'll be able to play again soon. :)
  22. Hi, other users have reported that this client crash guide works well for them when receiving this error message. Try it out and let me know if it helps.
  23. Unfortunately staff will not be able to compensate for your missed Pokemon. I'm truly very sorry for the inconvenience. In the future, I would suggest opening your Items tab in battle every 5-10 minutes while farming a rare Pokemon - this measure should prevent the client from freezing up when you finally encounter the Pokemon you've been looking for, thus allowing you to catch it without issue. Good luck with future hunts! The question has been resolved, so I'll be locking the thread now.
  24. Hi, this is a server-side issue that can occur when you've logged out but the game continues to register your account session as active. Unfortunately you will have to wait for the next server reboot in order to log back in again. You can keep up to date on the server status here - it'll tell you whether the server you're playing on is online or offline. Thread moved to proper forum.
  25. Hi, this isn't a bug. You can only catch Pokemon up till the point where you'd have 60 full PC pages (including the Pokemon you're carrying in your party). You won't be able to catch another Pokemon after that, until you've traded away or released some of your existing Pokemon. Sorry about the inconvenience! Topic moved to proper place.
