  2. Check your CPU usage in the task manager. Perhaps you have a program running which is slowing down your PC. Also, in case you wanted to check, you can click F2 in-game to see your FPS. As JollyolNathan suggested, have you tried checking your CPU usage in Task Manager yet? For example, when I'm running a Twitch stream while playing PRO, I've noticed that my CPU usage goes through the roof and my game becomes much laggier. You can also try to turn off move animations in the settings; that may help your game run a bit faster.
