Assuming Jetskis never existed,
If we assume that, then Kyogre would have never been on the speed that it was.
It was originally as fast as any other shiny surf mount.

A very terrible suggestion, exclusivity is what strives people to certain activities. Your suggestion would take that away and everyone just continues to PVP instead of doing all the other activities PRO has to offer.

Vote: Remove the Rule
Reason: you should be able to test your teams, new Pokemon you trained or just have some fun in PVP without risking loosing your hard earned rating.

But I don't know if Prehax can move it since it's more like an NPC-triggered encounter rather than wild one XD
