    EDIT: Sorry! I went to the wrong building, lol. Everything is fine now. Hi. I have the same problem. As for my case, I have already captured 30 pokemons (he asked for 30). I talked to him (wasn't able to read the dialogue), and he gave me TM 114(I think..?). But where's the HM Flash? I don't see it in my bag. Please help!

    UPDATE: My mistake. There's nothing wrong with it. Please help. It seems I can't find the free pokemon(s) in their supposed spot. I've already tried it two times. :(
