If a Pokemon with Synchronize as its ability is the leading/first one in your party , there is a 50% chance of each wild Pokemon encountered having the same nature. So using a Synchronizer would help you with your hunting as there is chance to get the most beneficial nature for the Pokemon that you use the trick for.
