I just want to see if the help channel has been useful to anyone who has used it. Most of the day, I've helped a lot of people who needed general help such as locations of Pokemon, items and quests, etc. However, I noticed that people on the channel have at times have gone completely off-topic and anyone who asks a question gets hidden away from the off-topic conversations that have been asked. So to anyone who has used the help channel, has it been useful?

It is doable with under level Pokemon, just got to use some items.

Why must Sleep Powder be the only move that can help get past the guard? Drowzee can be obtained in Route 34 and has Hypnosis and would be so much easier.

I haven't been able to log in to my account since the servers came back up earlier. I'm using the same Username and Password so I know that isn't the problem.
