The NPC's respawn right after u leave that area (for healing for example), and only one appears at a time

I'm starting hoenn just now, and as i did for johto i want to buy 2 or 3 pokemon that i want to level through the region. So i ask all players who want to sell hoenn pokemons to post here the pokemon and tell me the price, the price is important because i wont buy only one pokemon. Im looking for good iv pokemon. no need to be all 31 but 20 something in main stats. Of course i will also buy epic iv pokemons if i see fit to me. The pokemons that I'm more interested in are: Torchic or Chimchar [Nature: Jolly/Adamant] Bagon or Gible [Nature: Jolly/Adamant] Zubat (31 speed iv)[Nature: Jolly] Slakoth [Nature: Jolly] Beldum [Nature: Jolly/Adamant] Elekid [Nature: Jolly/Adamant] Swinub [Nature: Adamant] Riolu [Nature: Timid/Modest]

if you buy a pokemon caught in hoenn without you have been there yet, can you use him when you go to hoenn in future? :thanks: :y: :y:
