You need to buy mounts with coin bought ingame. I don't know how you would trade coins ingame.

I tested in game. I did /trade, and in green it said use /trade username. Don't know how it works. Never used it.

The NPC's aren't particularly smart when it comes to battling. When facing Lance, in the johto Elite 4. He spammed earthquake on my gengar. No worries, guess you got lucky :Grin:
