I believe it is punishable, and staff are usually smart enough to find out these false accusations. Usually they contain little proof, or obvious trolls. Theres nothing really to fear unless you know you've done something wrong. Other than that, I think you should be fine.

Theres no set times for reboots I believe, you just have to be patient.

Don't believe you got hacked. If it gives you the message "User is already logged in" you must wait for a server reboot.

I use the route to the right of Fortree City. In the grass you get a good amount there. nice i was farming there before for absol hehe I recommend farming in the water. If I recall correctly it is non membership pokemon in the water, as in the grass it is ms.

Nooo! Thats pay to win. You can buy them from players in game.The other servers aren't down. I believe its just a crash. The event was rumored to be implemented Saturday. Could be just a play rumor though.
