You must be inside a pokecenter. I'd ask a friend to help you. Or a trusted member. Click on the player> click on the trade option> have the player accept> and trade the poke to them> then back to you.

I believe you have to go south west. To the other guards and beat the gym there. Than you gain access to the south end of Johto. Hope it helps, if you need anymore help. Feel free to PM me.

Queues are normal, be ready for school to start. Queues will go down slightly on the weekdays.

I personally don't think private server would ever become a thing. I can be wrong. But I cannot see that becoming a reality. It would be unneeded, and kinda counter productive. Taking production off the main game, to be able to let players make private servers. In a MMO.

Hey welcome man! Some tips I have: Don't evolve till extremely high levels. Easy EXP. So I wont evolve my gastly till level 98. I level it up to 90, then I buy rare candies and level it up to 98, evolve to haunter. Then trade evolve it to gengar. :) Fight every NPC. Good luck! PM me if you need anything
