Try checking your email and Shane is working on many things so be patient, He will solve this in a day.

Try leveling you Charmeleon where the levels of wild Pokemon are high like route 3 and Mt. Moon.

I can't help with your progress, but I can help with your membership and Mount. Did you purchase membership or was it the given one and which mount was it and the transaction ID of the payment (for the mount).

Both of them will were wiped, but Shane is looking into them.

Try creating account of same name and this won't make your forums progress reset.

Some accounts ingame got deleted due to the server problems, Shane is fixing them but you may try to create new account of the same name which is lost and this won't make your forum account reset.
