i thought evolving them ASAP was the better way to go. As they need the same amount of exp to level up and evolved forms have better stats hence easier to level up. Evolved forms need more exp than Pre-evolved ones.

Yes, no way to recover the Pokemon too; but you can create a new account on the same name so you can use it.

Due to server issues your account might be permanently deleted ingame, Developers are working to fix this. While the quick fix would be to create a new account using the same username.

Due to rollback your progress has been lost, this is due to server issues. Once we move onto new server, these we might not experience these issues.

When you tried to login did it say "Invalid Username/Password" ?
