Item is not a Map thing, but the layer is fixed,. and as far as I know, the item was hidden on purpose

i dont see any issue except the fence edges ! thats fixed, and wider fence is not a practical issue

its fixed a while ago,but the tile wont show up now, need client update for that,.

Tile issues need some time to resolve cause it takes some time to make and fix tiles, need patience for that my friend !
