  1. You make valid points I haden't considered, I'm just shooting an opinion mostly. I guess im suggesting that they could have made a little more consideration for mainly solo players, as you said everything becomes irrelevant if they get another player to lend them high lvl pokes, so specifically tuning items could work for solo players while still having the option to get other player assistance. And as for preperation, I always try to keep my items stocked up so it's just natural.
  2. TM/HM; pretty obvious that having the ability to sweep everything with a few pokemon at the start with the most powerful moves and type coverage is op. General item/currency accumulation; anyone who's played through kanto johto and hoenn has stocked up a ton of general supplies and held items that make sinnoh 2 easy. Players are simply just better at the game by the 4th region. One thing that would help is implementing certain badge requirements before more powerful TM's(thunderbolt/flamethrower/psychic etc..) can be used on pokemon form the Sinnoh region. Not sure how difficult it would be but perhaps make a limit to certain medical items that can be brought(limit 10-20 of each thing~) and or add badge requirements for cheese like revive The only other fix I can think of is simply scale the pokemon up slightly but thats a lot of work. Regardless I feel like Sinnoh needs to be harder, at least the first half~, just seemed like a constant sturdy-geodude sweep. Not nearly the challenge I'd come to expect from PRO. And dont say, "oh just don't use this or that item"... I'm not here to play my own customized nuzlock version of PRO, whatever items I have should be considered when balancing or be regulated.
  3. I couldn't find this information after scraping google/forums so here it is.
  4. I just wana play the Sinnoh region for my first time ever on PRO instead of emulator because it's more challenging but holy smokes I haven't struggled this hard since Giovanni's Mewtwo when I first started playing this game. Elite four's and various bosses in between haven't compared to this Hannah monster though. I tried the seaking approach but It's not epic or whatever(I just picked the first thing that had lightning rod because i'm casual player with limited time) so it's only good for machamp and talonflame, then x metagross reks it along with my other casual-strength pokes. I'm sure there is some kind of strat that doesn't take longer than a few hours and 100-200k to arrange?
  5. I mean 4 regions, dozens of towns, i think a hearthone item, maybe quest and or pokedollars required to get, and with a hefty cooldown of 2 hours maybe? Unless an item like this already exists?
  6. dark cave blackthorn entrance, route 32 union cave entrance, center natuional park +1 pokestops I really didn't expect to find a pokestop at lake of rage past so many strongish trainers but I did find one lol.
  7. 50% chance to encounter same type is hilariously too high but I think 3% would be fair enough to enable these abilities outside of battle. Considering the player would have to choose between this and a Sync, I feel it's reasonable.
  8. Hard to fit much detail in the title but basically my suggestion is to make a region specific item that can be bought by champions for 10-20k that prevents trainers from challenging you unless you talk to them first, lasting 24-48 hours Since the main reason to respawn trainers is to have potential gold income or loss, I feel like we should have the option to sacrifice a lump sum to traverse freely without Npc harassment.
  9. Fairly new players but I'm pretty certain most of the topics about this are wrong and Mt. Silver upper side is better Exp than Dragons Den. I understand there are some some sturdy's but you can quickly run from them and you can find next encounter faster with bike/mount. And on the upper side the sturdy's are sparce and mostly level 50-54 golducks/quagsires spawn. At dragon's den I find it's mostly psyducks and horseas which imo are just as bad if not worse than sturdy's. I did a small** test it took over 9 min to get 500 exp at den and no more than 6 min at upper mt silver, even with this small sample it's clear to me which is better. First time making forum post hope it's in right place.
