You can still play on the other 2 servers until yours has been rebooted, you could try playing one in a different way than you usually would to pass the time whilst you wait

Malamar isn't in game yet, there's not a solid list of pokemon in the game without checking through different spawn guides around the forum You can keep your eye on Downloads & Update Logs for news of when they're added though :)

You need to have 100+ hours, and it will cost $400k, in Saffron City there's a house in the lower right, there's an NPC so you can create your guild, there's also an NPC in there that lets you create your guild logo Updates to guilds happened recently which are listed on that post Once you've created it, it's just a case of recruiting and getting members :)

Glad to hear it's resolved :) Unfortunately no compensation is given unless it's a long period server side issue which affects the entire player base. If you experience any issues in the future I'd suggest checking the read this before making a general support topic thread first, then making a post if still needed so that we can help you sooner

sorry to hear you're having issues, are you using the built in zip manager to extract the files? also try turning off your antivirus when you do, then add an exception for the folder you've extracted them to and make sure you're firewall isn't blocking the game (try adding an exception for that too)

Someone used the guide yesterday and said there was extra steps in the guide not needed, but apart from that it worked Check your seen data for Mewtwo, Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno, sometimes it doesn't show in the dex, the PC in Professor Oaks lab will fix that issue so it might be worth trying to use that anyway
