Double check your firewall isn't blocking it from connecting You could also try downloading from one of the mirrors and add an exception to your antivirus, they occasionally get a false positive and delete a file from a zip without warning which will also cause you issues

Have you unzipped the Data folder and the .EXE to the same place like ? If you used WinRAR that can sometimes cause issues too

What OS are you using? Is your client number (top left of login screen) v0.95.6 Magical Karp BETA ? What exactly happens when you click login ? the game force closes or freezes ?

The new system to punish leaving ranked PVP was released on the 8th

It's mentioned in the stickied post "Unfortunately, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again. Sorry for the inconvenience." You will still be able to play in the other 2 servers, though not the one saying you're already logged in until it's rebooted unfortunately
