Not all move pools are yet up to date, as listed in read this before making a general support topic, this also affects their available moves from the tutors "Pokemon cannot learn move which should learn by level up Some moveset of pokemon not update yet that will need to patient until it can add.   12. You can check PVP rules for non working moves and abilities in future :) The 2 you asked about this time though Disable is listed under "Not Yet Coded Moves/ Abilities/ Items - Not Bannable" Punishment isn't listed, so if it's in the game it should work as intended
  13. Hi Deelrey Unfortunately nothing lost from connection issues/server crash gets recovered, have you tried checking the pokemon you received it on to see if it's holding it again? In future should you get anything expensive or rare, it's advised to relog since that force saves your game, minimising anything being lost if something happens
