It sounds more like a request for a PC added there to be able to see the caught pokemon whilst hunting there, a PC on the moon would be rather out of place though, it's not a city, there's no settlement there so people would have no reason for a PC from an immersion point of view

The resolution used matches your screen, you can move the GUI scale slider at the bottom of that menu though to make the GUI easier to read and use

In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot." You can still play on the other 2 servers until your server has been rebooted
