Today, I write this topic to report you about skill Nuzzle of pikachu: Both bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net and Pokemondb.net showed that skill Nuzzle have PWR 20 and ACC 100%. But ingame, when I come to MOVE RELEARNER NPC in Cerulean city-Kanto, I see that its ACC is only 20%. So I want to report u to fix its ACC.
