I can't decide which of these two bulbasaurs is the better one, now and later. Please help me decide between them.

 

A:

2nd one i'd say. Has less hp still can be trained hp/def/spdef evs to make bulky thingy. No need of speed tho.

2nd one given that it has better defensive stats, simply add hp evs, it will be an awesome tank, bulbs don't need much speed anyway.

The 2nd is better. But I suggest u should find another bulbasaur with better HP IV and nature (bold)
