Vaelgale

Hello. I was just wondering if someone could help me evolve my Haunter on the Blue Server. The name wpuld be Vaelgale and I should be at the Kanto E4, though I can move to somewhere else in Kanto if need be. I'll be on until GMT 9.

I apologize in advance, seeing as there appears to be numerous instances of this occurring in the past. I was accidentally kicked out of a NPC battle just outside Lavender Town on the Blue Server. I believe that means I should be in a Pokemon Center. At the moment, I seem to be stuck on the Loading Map screen. When I tried logging into the Red Server to see if it was just an error involving the one server, I found myself stuck at the same screen. The background music is on (and has shifted from the Pokemon Center to the log-in screen). I have attempted to wait ten minutes (both before launching and on the loading screen), reset my computer, and re-download the client. I do not believe it is an error in the internet as every other game that is more strenuous on the internet works perfectly fine. If there is something I have failed to attempt to fix it on my end, I would appreciate trying to resolve it. Otherwise, if there is anything someone else could do to help me, it would be much appreciated.
