Do you have a screenshot of the pokemon or the pokemon ID of the one that was erased? If so, that will definitely help Staff be able to see if they can recover it.

I definitely recommend checking out the Official Discord server we have, as there's lot of PvP advice and main streamers & people on the ladder! We've also got a separate channel dedicated to some helpful guides that will get you started in the game. Good luck in the game, and don't be afraid to reach out for help if you need it ;3

This really sounds like a "Ghost Queue" issue which can take up to 5 to 10 minutes sometimes before connecting. It often happens after a server reboot or crash where you basically have several hundreds of players trying to log in all at once. The different servers will always have different log in times as they each run on their own specific game server. Are you still unable to access it? How often does this happen? And how long are you waiting before trying to log in to the other servers?
