I can not reduce the accuracy of the enemy, and I can not increase my avoidance, OK! But can I increase my accuracy and reduce his evasion? Because if I can, I suppose I can use Hone Claw, Coil and Defog.

the new boss's from love island give me 2 TM Dragon Claw, 3 TM Calm Mind, 16k and Deino

I have some questions about the pvp and pvp rule: 1)Can I use pp up / pp max moves in pvp? 2)Protect is totally banned or can I use it without spam? 3)About Evasion Clause, ability that increases evasion are also forbidden?Or just move's? 4)If I use Stockpile only 3 times, will I still be breaking the rules?
