Just report them in report center(sorry cant link it, im on my phone atm) with screenshot of trade. And I believe staff can see who you trading so goodluck ^~^

And fly is just a move ingame, if you beat johto yea, you can use train to get back in kanto which is in golden rod if youre in johto and saffron if youre in kanto, you cant use fly ^-^
